Guiding Principles
The multi-use complex features four residential and hotel towers, podium retail, an event center, and office amenities. In conjunction with ensuring that residents have everything they need at their fingertips, one of the client’s major goals was to reduce the presence of vehicles and, thus, pollution on-site, and surrounded by parks from all sides.

Guiding Principles
The design features a transparent, articulated façade. Each floor is conceived as a rational, rectangular public space surrounded by service, circulation, and smaller program spaces fitting into the irregularities of the site. Circulation through the building is an important part of the visitor’s experience. The staircase leading from the concourse level to the ground floor incorporates site-specific artwork, offers natural light, and is an inviting view into the interior.
